Additional service charges (e.g., EPC, photography, compliance)
All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

 
6. Cancellations & Termination
You may cancel our services at any time, subject to terms specified in your agreement. We may terminate our agreement with immediate effect if:

You breach these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected
We are instructed to do so by a legal authority
Any outstanding fees will remain payable.

 
7. Property Listings
We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove property listings that are misleading, inaccurate, or in breach of UK advertising standards.

Photos, descriptions, and floor plans remain the property of Percy Estates and may not be reused without written permission.

 
8. Liability & Disclaimers
While we strive for accuracy and timely service, Percy Estates shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, consequential, or financial loss
Property disputes outside our involvement
Delays caused by third parties (e.g., solicitors, tenants, contractors)
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the affected service.
